This agreement is entered into between Sapphire Security Services LLC and the Employee identified below.

This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of employment between the Company and the Employee and supersedes all prior oral or written representations, agreements, or understandings relating to employment.
The Company hereby employs the Employee in the position of [POSITION_TITLE]. The Employee's primary work site will be [SITE_LOCATION], although the Company reserves the right to assign the Employee to other sites and locations as operational needs require.
The Employee will report directly to [SUPERVISOR_NAME], or such other supervisor as the Company may designate. The Employee's duties, title, and reporting structure may be modified at the Company's discretion.
The Employee will be compensated at a rate of [HOURLY_RATE] per hour. Compensation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local payroll tax withholdings.
The Employee's schedule will be assigned by the Company based on operational requirements. Shift assignments, start times, and hours per week may vary. The Company operates on a 24/7/365 basis, and the Employee acknowledges that shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
The Employee agrees to diligently perform all duties assigned by the Company, including but not limited to the following:
The Employee agrees to follow all Company policies, procedures, and post orders as they may be amended from time to time. Policies are communicated during orientation and through the Employee Handbook.
The Employee acknowledges that, in the course of employment, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Company and its clients. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:
The Employee agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence, to use it solely in furtherance of their employment duties, and not to disclose it to any third party — including family members, friends, or the general public — without the prior written consent of the Company.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this Agreement for a period of two (2) years from the Employee's last date of employment. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") is incorporated herein by reference and shall constitute an additional binding agreement between the parties.
During the term of employment and for a period of six (6) months following the termination of employment for any reason, the Employee agrees that they will not, directly or indirectly:
The Employee acknowledges that this restriction is reasonable in scope and duration given the nature of the Company's business and the access to client relationships and operational knowledge inherent in the role. If any portion of this Section is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
The Employee's employment is at-will. Either the Company or the Employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement, the Employee Handbook, or any other Company communication shall be interpreted as a contract of employment for a specified period or as a guarantee of continued employment.
Termination by the Company: The Company may terminate employment at any time for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: violation of Company policy, breach of this Agreement, unsatisfactory performance, criminal conduct, loss of required licensure, or reduction in business operations.
Voluntary Resignation: The Employee is requested to provide a minimum of two (2) weeks' written notice prior to voluntary resignation. This is a professional courtesy and is not legally mandated.
Return of Property: Upon termination for any reason, the Employee must immediately return all Company property, including uniforms, equipment, access credentials, keys, and any documents or materials containing Confidential Information.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Employee's employment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
The Employee agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Employment Agreement.
