Welcome to the Team

Welcome to the Sapphire
Security Family

Your documents have been received and reviewed. You're officially part of the team. Here's everything you need to know before your first shift.

๐ŸŽ–๏ธ

You've Joined Something Special

We don't take this lightly โ€” and neither should you. Wearing the Sapphire badge means you've cleared our background check, signed your agreements, and committed to holding yourself to a higher standard. That means something to us.

Our mission doesn't change shift to shift. Every post, every patrol, every client interaction reflects directly on this organization and on the men and women who built it. We're glad you're here โ€” now let's get to work.

Below you'll find your immediate next steps, key contacts, and everything you need to be prepared for orientation and your first shift. If anything is unclear, reach out directly โ€” we'd rather hear from you than have you guess.
